What is M/DRP Advisors?
M/DRP Advisors (Mortgage/Debt Reduction Program Advisors) is a subsidiary
of M/DRP Marketing Services, Inc. M/DRP Advisors is in the business of
creating financial security. We help our clients to achieve a debt-free
lifestyle, with increased cashflow, and a savings safety net or nest egg--all
without changing their current spending habits and no increase of income
required.
Mortgage/Debt Reduction Plan - Marketing Services (MDRP-MS) was formed
in June 2003 to develop and test the MDRP Lifestyle Equity Builder S.M.A.R.T. System software program and began marketing and training operations March 2004,
by co-founders Richard Harter and Bud King. The company was created to
help homeowners eliminate their mortgage and all consumer debt in half
to one third the time saving them thousands of dollars in interest which
could be better used for their families. Richard and Bud bring a combined
wealth of over 65 years of experience in the financial industry, debt
reduction and management of billions of dollars in commercial real estate
to develop the state of the art MDRP wealth building, mortgage reduction
and debt elimination system.
MDRP Advisors was established in June 2007 as a subsidiary to M/DRP Marketing
Services by Bud King VP and Regional Coordinator Kenneth Rivers in an
effort to bring an additional support product for the growing number of
national agents and to better inform the public about this phenomenal
service the Lifestyle Equity Builder created and managed by M/DRP Marketing Services Inc.

a new training program for agents/associates. All new associates
are required to take the MDRP Marketing Services, Inc., Certification
Class, which is offered twice monthly. All existing associates are
required to attend and complete the eight new certification classes.

MDRP Advisors has its first $2 million
dollar client, an investor who saved over $2 million between several
properties in the Northwest. The company also has several clients
who are on their way to saving over $1 million and saving $300,00

educating and showing hundreds of clients how to save over $78.4
million dollars. On average, clients have been saving approximately
71% of the interest payments they were already contracted to pay

time using the MDRP Advisors system.

system and give potential new agent another website option to support
visitors and help educate homeowners on the entire process. MDRPAdvisors.com
is a consumer-friendly site designed to give the visitors an improved
visual presentation of the money they can save using the MDRP Advisors
system.

After nearly four years in operation and
over two years of initial software testing between 2004 and 2005,
MDRP Advisors makes its first major modification to its software program.
For the past several years, MDRP has enjoyed a competitive edge over
other programs because it offers a powerful PC-based software program
that the client owns. The S.M.A.R.T. Program
could manage up to eight properties simultaneously for one competitive
price. MDRP's program has been renamed the "Lifestyle Equity Builder. To date, it has helped thousands of homeowners over the last
few years and has seen an increase in investors using the program
to save millions. The new version can now manage up to 16 loans at
the same time without increasing the cost of the program. In an effort
to maintain its competitive edge, all new advisors can complete product
